There are a whole host of activities to get involved in during the Summer Holidays at Liverpool Biennial 2023.

Family days

Liverpool Biennial family days are coming to festival venues across the city where visitors can explore creativity in the form of movement, sculpture, film, and sound, inspired by Zine making and the art of producing imaginative things.

These free, drop-in art workshops will be supported by a creative facilitator with all materials provided. Take the whole family to learn a new craft or digital skill on Saturdays throughout July and August.

National charity The Reader will be holding ‘Storyhunter’ events during the festival, offering four family and children storytelling sessions based on Liverpool Biennial artists. The sessions are aimed at children aged 4-9 but the whole family is welcome!
