Dream
Dream, the dramatic new sculpture for St.Helens and the Northwest by Catalan artist Jaume Plensa, launched with a spectacular event on Sunday 31 May that involved hundreds of people from the local community and visitors from across the country.

Urbanism 2009
Over five days, Urbanism 09 will present the outcome of over six months of environmental interventions, projects and imaginative approaches by artists, architects, urbanists and residents to unlock the potential of the Liverpool-Leeds canal as part of the Housing Market Renewal programme on Merseyside. -
Turning the Place Over
The most daring piece of public art ever commissioned in the UK, Turning the Place Over is artist Richard Wilson’s most radical intervention into architecture to date, turning a building in Liverpool’s city centre literally inside out. -
International 08: MADE UP
MADE UP has now closed. Celebrating 10 years of commissioning ambitious and challenging new work by leading international artists, the fifth edition of Liverpool Biennial’s International exhibition was an exploration of the power of the artistic imagination.
